Processing Time
Once you place your order, we do have a 5-10 business day processing time. We are experiencing a very high demand at the moment and some of our items are on pre-order. Please message us directly with any questions.
If you do plan on purchasing for a special event, we highly recommend placing an order at least 8 weeks prior. This will eliminate a lot of stress for you!

Accidents can happen during shipping. If your item does arrive damaged, please let us know within 2 days so our team can claim with the courier. If the claim is not placed within 2 days your claim may be denied and we will be unable to send a replacement
