Kyle Campbell has been a member of the Ole Miss athletics senior leadership team since 2010 and currently serves as Associate Athletics Director for Brand Strategy. He guides the Rebels' strategic communications, digital strategy and licensing efforts while helping ensure consistency in the delivery of core messages, visual content and other brand elements.

In addition, Campbell is the school's SEC Network administrative point of contact and coordinates on-air talent for the local production team. He is also the sport administrator for the Ole Miss baseball program, which captured the school's first outright men's national championship in 2022.

Campbell is in his 12th season leading the athletics communications office and working directly with the Rebel football team. He and his staff were recognized by the Football Writers Association of America on its "Super 11" list, which honors the nation's 11 best media relations departments, in 2014 and 2021. It marks the first two times for Ole Miss to earn the award.

In the spring of 2012, Campbell led a partnership with the Alumni Association to create and execute the inaugural Rebel Road Trip, a six-day, 16-stop speaking tour of the region. Campbell continues to run point on the annual coaches caravan, which has successfully visited approximately 50 markets and nearly 30,000 fans.

Before being elevated to senior administration, Campbell held dual titles of Associate Media Relations Director and Online Communications Director from 2006 through 2011, a period that saw exponential growth with the school's official athletics website, OleMissSports.com. Traffic jumped 117 percent in unique visitors over that five-year span.

Including the site's 2012 overhaul, Campbell served as project manager on five redesigns of OleMissSports.com and oversaw the transition to two different web providers. He also expanded the Rebels' new media efforts in 2009 with a social platform that has experienced tremendous growth during his tenure.

Over the course of his time at Ole Miss, Campbell has worked as the primary media contact for football, men's basketball, soccer, softball, men's and women's golf and rifle. Since first joining the department as an intern in August 1999, he has been media director for countless regular-season and conference tournaments on campus and continues to serve on the media coordination committees for the SEC football and men's basketball championships.

Before his arrival in Oxford, Campbell held the position of Assistant Sports Information Director at the University of Evansville for the 1998-99 season. With the Purple Aces, he worked as the primary media contact for nine varsity sports, including baseball.

A native of Fayette, Alabama, where he was a radio personality and newspaper writer during his high school and college days, Campbell graduated from the University of Alabama in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in communication. He has also completed coursework toward a master's degree from Ole Miss.

While in Tuscaloosa, Campbell served as Assistant Sports Editor for the student newspaper, The Crimson White, and was a beat writer for the 1997 College World Series runner-up Tide baseball team. He also worked as a media relations volunteer at the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta and studied at Oxford University in England during the summer of 1997.

Upon his UA graduation, Campbell spent a year as an English teacher in the Czech Republic, tutoring elementary to advanced level students.
