              Made a purchase on April 4, 2024 through Offer Up's platform (#*********) utilizing their advertised buyers protection. I am a senior citizen and purchase through Offer Up because of their buyer protection. I purchased a HP 4 pack color and black and white ink advertised as new. On April 9, 2024 I received the package from the seller and immediately noticed the ink what expired. The ink expired over 2 years ago on September, 2021. I immediately did as Offer Up suggested and made contact with the seller and told them through Offer Up's emails that I wanted to return the item and why I wanted to return the item. The seller was totally in agreement with refunding the funds back and I was totally in agreement with returning the item back to them even though they said to just throw it away. Throughout this process Offer Up's instructions to open up a claim were not working and I contacted Offer Up through e-mail and opened up a ticket explaining this not once but twice during my two day inspection process. Once I was able to open a ticket up Offer Up denied the claim stating that the ticket wasn't opened in time.

              *******, PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THAT SITE. Was selling for years here. That time sold than expensive item. ***** wanted to return, I declined. He filed a claim. And even I was explaining everything in messages before selling, all evidences were in my favor, they decided in customers favor. They DIDN'T give me return information. They didn't give me tracking number. Only days after u sent them email, they told the item was delivered days ago! I didn't get anything, and because of their ridiculous behavior- I wasn't able to watch my item and check tracking. They refused to help . I have lost item, and $600. I am a mother of 7 kids and was left without the earnings which they stolen and even refused to do the business right. There is NO PROTECTION FOR SELLERS. SELLERS MEAN NOTHING FOR THEM. Only local sale or other apps
