But that doesn’t stop Big Dairy selling us the lie that “Milk Does a Body Good.” We are here to set the record straight and tell the truth about health, wellness and food equity. We encourage people to live better and do more by thinking critically. We work with clinicians, athletes, social justice warriors, enlightened policy-makers, and progressive corporations to promote ethical lifestyles and widespread behavioral change related to how we eat.
