Caitlin has given keynotes to thousands of people on prototyping and product development. She has spoken in New York, London, Istanbul, Shanghai, Paris and San Francisco on topics spanning leadership, AR/VR, product development, product management, team-building, and shipping new product categories.

At Meta, Caitlin’s current team is responsible for Project Nazare. She previously led product design and integration of the Oculus Quest, Oculus Go, and Oculus Rift S, as well as the Oculus Link cable. Before that, she led the mechanical engineering team that shipped the original Oculus Rift and Touch controllers.

Apple

Caitlin was a technical lead at Apple on the Mac Pro and MacBook Air products and was part of the original unibody Macbook Pro teams. Caitlin received her BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University in 2007
