              I ordered a package from Peak Designs. They shipped the package and it was assigned a tracking number by UPS. Instead of delivering to my house at *************************************************************, UPS delivered the package to an incorrect address identified by UPS as "Exact Sciences". UPS won't allow me to file a claim. UPS customer ********************** phone line won't connect me to a human agent. This package is worth $320.86.

              We shudder if a shipment is being sent to us via UPS! Unfortunately, our front (and only door) is not accessible at the street address, so delivery companies have to drive around to the other side of our home. ************ and Amazon have no problem with this and always deliver to our front door. But UPS seems incapable of understanding the situation. Twice, they've just thrown packages over a side fence onto a public sidewalk that we can't even see from our front door! There was perishable food in one package. And their Customer ********************** people say that they can do nothing other than **** "deliver to front door" in their system. There's no mechanism for added info. UPS used to be a great company. Not now. And today, I can't even get a human on the phone!
