Andrea Schwaiger ist Senior Associate in unserem Finance-Team. Sie berät nationale und internationale Mandanten bei strukturierten Finanzierungen, Immobilienfinanzierungen und im Bankaufsichtsrecht.

Ihr besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt bei Entwicklungsfinanzierungen und Kreditportfolioübertragungen. Darüber hinaus hat Frau Schwaiger umfassende Erfahrung bei der Verbriefung von Autokrediten gesammelt.

Außerdem verfügt sie über fundierte Kenntnisse zu ESG-Themen.

Andrea Schwaiger ist Absolventin der Universität München.
