RETURN POLICY

TERMS

Armorlite accepts returns within 30 days of ownership – when you receive the product. Armorlite issues a full refund if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as the result of our error. All products must be in new, unused condition for a full refund and must be returned in their original box.

RETURN PROCESS

Please visit our support page and to fill the form to submit a return claim. You will be required to submit photographs demonstrating manufacturing default. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed.  

RETURN SHIPPING

If your request is approved and you are asked to return the product you will receive a pre-paid electronic return shipper.

REFUND PROCESS

If you have been approved for a refund, your refund will be returned in the same manner as originally charged, once we receive the returned product back at our factory. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
