Kim Heavner

As Vice President of Conferences and Events at the U.S. Green Building Council, Kim oversees USGBC’s global suite of events in advancing the organization’s mission through thought leadership and engagement. Kim manages a highly skilled team focused on delivering signature event experiences digitally, domestically and internationally. Having spent her career in non-profit event management, prior to joining UGSBC Kim’s roles included several years focused on strategic international program management and event strategy for the emerging markets private equity community, as well as planning and executing conferences in the technology sector, including CES. Kim holds a degree in Tourism and Events Management from George Mason University.
