• Opened the season with four tackles and an interception against Boise State, adding two pass breakups, earning him Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week honors
• Finished with four tackles and half a tackle for loss in back-to-back wins over Fresno State and Montana State. Added an INT against Montana State in Portland
• Recorded a season-best eight tackles three times: at Utah, versu Washington State and against Oregon

2018 (REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE)

• Had pass breakups in consecutive games versus Washington State and Colorado

2017 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN)
• Played in the first three games of the season but missed the last nine due to injury
• Made three tackles, with two coming against Minnesota

2016 (FRESHMAN)
• Showed good ball skills and future potential during fall camp
• Suffered a season-ending shoulder injury during fall camp 
• Joined the Oregon State football program in June 2016

WEST LINN HIGH SCHOOL

• Born in Portland, Ore.
• Son of Brian and Gina Grant
• Has six brothers, Amani, Elijah, Jonavan, Brian, Maxwell, and Omari, and two sisters, Maliah and Anaya
• Father, Brian, played in the NBA from 1994-2006 including several years with the Portland Trailblazers. Brian is the founder of the Brian Grant Foundation for support of people with Parkinson’s

• Enjoys sports, video games and spending time with family and friends
• Has been involved in several community service activities including feeding the homeless on a regular basis
• Graduated with a degree in digital communication arts following the Spring 2020 quarter
