Mark your calendars! This much-anticipated audience favorite returns to the Moss, filling the Fife with holiday cheer as only the Roanoke Symphony Orchestra and its Holiday Pops program can. A cherished tradition for families and friends throughout Southwest Virginia, audiences of all ages love this spirited holiday event.

The Roanoke Symphony Orchestra, western Virginia’s professional symphony orchestra, continues to receive standing ovations and critical acclaim. Under the baton of Music Director David Stewart Wiley, the orchestra has earned a reputation for its distinctive programming, performances of traditional repertoire, and Pops concerts featuring the best in jazz, R&B, and country music performed by high-profile guest artists.

The orchestra’s mission is to enrich lives, educate and entertain diverse audiences in western Virginia with the highest quality instrumental and choral concerts, and to enhance traditional performances with innovative programming.

The Roanoke Symphony Orchestra has performed annually at the Moss Arts Center since our opening in 2013.
