The Great Lakes Valley Conference formed the GLVC Sports Network in the fall of 2014, as the first NCAA Division II conference-wide digital streaming platform.

Since its inception in 2014 and through the 2022-23 academic season, the league's member institutions and Conference office have combined to stream 14,736 events with more than 6.3 million loads and 4.4 million plays by fans across the world.

In addition to increased brand awareness for the GLVC and its member institutions, the GLVCSN has served as a platform to showcase several of the league's partners to its regional, national, and international audience made up of more than 7,000 GLVC student-athletes, 55,000 students, and 600,000 alumni worldwide.
