Wagners is a leading producer of construction materials and services for Australian and international markets. Established in 1989 in Toowoomba, Queensland, our company is an ASX‑listed business. We are innovative, integrated and operate internationally.
Our Construction Materials and Services (CMS) include cement, concrete, aggregates, bulk haulage services, precast concrete and reinforcing steel. Our New Generation Building Materials (NGBM) business creates higher-performing, more sustainable materials that reduce the impact on the environment. This includes our Earth Friendly Concrete® and Composite Fibre Technologies products, which are used in projects globally. Our specialist in-house engineering and maintenance workshop provides innovative maintenance and engineering solutions across both the CMS and NGBM divisions, further enhancing Wagners’ vertical integration of its businesses.

Our history
Established in 1989 in Toowoomba, Queensland by Henry, John, Denis, Neill, and Joe Wagner, Wagners has a reputation for delivering high quality products and services internationally. Starting with three trading divisions - Wagners Concrete, Quarries and Transport and from there, rapidly expanded to include cement, flyash and lime, reinforcing steel, on-site concrete supply, contract crushing and bulk transport, as well as lightweight composite fibre products and the development of Earth Friendly Concrete®.
Celebrating over 30 years of operations, Wagners is constantly striving for innovative, effective and economic solutions, when supplying for the construction and mining industry both within Australia and internationally.
