I have a DSM-5 Condition that is covered by the American's with Disabilities Act. My PTSD can be triggered and anxiety is higher in crowed places. I was triggered on April 15, 2024 but had to buy groceries for my family. Food for my kids lunches, personal hygenine products for me and my daughter, milk, fruit and more. I have been a DOORDASH customer for several years and since my condition has worsened recently I used them as I have very recently before to deliver groceries or lunch, dinners when it was happening. I have an account with them and they have all my information. My home address where Groceries have been delivered before, my phone number and email address. This time the Dasher told me DOORDASH told them to throw all of my groceries away because of some issue on their part by delivering it to the same place I ordered from, ******** They didn't give me a chance to take a valium or have a friend go pick it up for me. They just threw it away and REFUSED to give me a full refund in the amount of ~$157.00. I have a doctors not for my condition which I have offered to supply them for my refund as I am a mother of two on a very tight budget. My family needs every ***** to eat , pay bills, mortgage, etc.
