              We purchased the square terminal in April of 2023 and it worked well for many months. Our account was deactivated with zero explanation to us as to why or how we can fix it. We were told by agents to try and open a new account with a new email, so we tried that multiple times and each time it is immediately deactivated and they will NOT tell us why. I don't understand how they can close accounts, provide no support or explanation and expect us to keep a $500 machine that we can't use. It is appalling the lack of customer service. We were using it for a local non-profit community center for events. Today, the agent **** told us to go use a different hand held device company that provides the same service.

              Square denied access to my funds and wanted private personnel information about my clients. They wanted personnel private bank statements. My clients name and personnel bank statements are not only illegal to share but none of their business. I strongly warn anyone of doing business with a shady unethical company.
