Business ProfileforSquare, Inc.

To start a small business I created a website with Square, Inc. And as they advertised, for any purchases of my products through my website I can link my ************* or their Square Bank Account as a place for my money to go to. I made the poor decision to go with their Bank Account. As I went to start business, I then put $2500 in that account to run my Business and have it separate from my Personal funds. Well as part of their verification process to do the bank account, a couple of weeks later they sent me emails to my Business Email saying they need to verify its me with an ************ Since it was going to Side Business Email that I do not check often since my Business hadnt rolled out yet, I was not seeing these emails that they kept sending up until when I did check it the most recent email at the time said that if I didnt verify it by this date (which already passed by then) they would freeze my account and all funds inside. Which why they didnt try and call me on the number they had on file for me, with this matter being this important, I cant figure that out myself.Once my funds are tied up I spent good time trying to find a number to call their customer support only for them to repeatedly tell me theres nothing they can do for 150 days while it is under review. They also refused to let me talk with a supervisor to try and work through it since who I spoke to was not help in me understanding the situation. I waited from 11/9/23 up until 4/8/24 when I got an email saying that they reviewed the situation and the money would be deposited in my linked personal account in another 1-2 Days that I had to wait to get my money that *** already waited 5 months for.Here I am 4/12/24 calling in and between 2 calls in total of 1 hour that I spoke with people for maybe ***** minutes they need to create a ticket for the people above them to look over and I should hear back by end of the day for the next steps, once again for me to get money I put in
