              3/31/2024 - attempted to transfer $99.00 to my checking account via instant deposit. With the fee it was $97.27. When I selected deposit, the app reverted to a card that I never added to my account ending in 9623. At first I thought it was an expired debit card because I dont normally use cash app. After investigating, it belongs to a bank called Bancorp and I have never heard of Bancorp and do not have an account with them. ********************** has closed my case with them 3 times almost instantly stating I authorized the payment and the card was added to my account in June. ********************** has a history of being hacked and I know for a fact that card is not mine. I want my $99 transferred back to my balance so I can transfer it to my account. Ive removed all payment methods on cash app because I do not trust cash app and will never use them again when this issue is resolved.

              I tried to dispute a charge on my card from ******* that I didn't make. The process asked me to verify the last 4 of my ssn, dob, and zipcode and said I was verified. It then suggested that I buy a new card and they deactivated my card. The app then took me to apply for a new card, which I did. The email they sent me said I was approved for a new card and it was on its way. I should be able to use my card in the app. When I went into the app, it asked me to repurchase a new card. I called customer service and they informed me that I would not get a new card and they would not activate another card for me their investigation showed fraudulent actions and there was no one else I could talk to and there was nothing I could do to change their decision. They then went on to say, you can keep receiving money, but you won't be able to receive a card and they don't know for how long it will be. I asked for proof of their investigation and none was provided.
