I am through with this company. Ive had a closet for years, made a few sales and always got 5 stars from the customers. Never had any issues selling anything till one day. This customer kept offering me a way lower amount than I was asking for for this ****** old jacket I had. As usual since is MY item I declined the offer. She requested another offer and I declined. Keep in mine poshmark keeps a certain amount of the total plus the shipping fees so if I accepted the offer I would have made only less than $10. So a few declines on her offer she went ahead and bough the product regular price. A few days after delivery I get an email about a customer service inquiry from ******************** with between me and her stating that I scammed her and that I charged her too much for the jacket when she literally payed for the amount I posted and nothing more, she was being aggressive the whole 2 day while this ticket was open. Than I receive a final statement from poshmark saying that they were in favor of the customer and totally ignored my side of the story although they red all our conversation and they also saw the counter offer interactions and her lowballing but still favored her, the customer. This company doesnt realize that the only reason why they have a company is because of US sellers. Where are they gonna get items to sell on their platform?!??! SELLERS!Once you sell something and a product gets returned, you cannot use the same listing to sell again, so after that I lost my money, went through unnecessary head ache, got disappointed with the company and I will never use poshmark again. Hope they have only customer one day since they only favor them and no items to sell through them. Go to Mercari. Much better. Good luck trying to reach out to a customer service from ******************** they are tr*sh
