On Saturday, Oct. 29, U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders (VT) and Greg Casar, Democratic nominee for Texas Congressional District 35, will host a Get Out the Vote Rally & March to the Polls at 3PM CST in San Marcos, TX.

  • WHO: Sen. Bernie Sanders, Greg Casar, State Rep. Erin Zwiener (HD-45), and Texas State University students 

  • WHAT: Student-focused get out the vote rally, followed by a march to the polling location at the LBJ Student Center

  • WHEN: Saturday, Oct. 29, 3PM CST (program begins at 3:00PM)

  • WHERE: Sewell Park at Texas State University, 601 University Dr, San Marcos, TX 78666

    • Concluding with a march to the polling location at the LBJ Student Center, 109 Student Center Dr. San Marcos, TX 78666

  • VISUALS: Students rallying at Sewell Park next to the San Marcos River, followed by a march through campus to the polling location.
