GadellNet Consulting Services won the Exceptional Employer Award during TechPoint’s 22nd annual Mira Awards gala honoring the best of tech in Indiana. GadellNet is a managed service provider serving small to medium-sized businesses.

Founded in 2003, they are experts offering 24/7 IT help desk, cybersecurity services, technology implementations and strategic advisory services.  GadellNet has appeared on the Inc. 5000’s “Fastest Growing Companies in America” every year since 2013 and, in 2020, they earned Certified B Corporation status.

The Mira Award judges were impressed by GadellNet’s pursuit of Certified B Corp status, which they secured in 2020 and requires them to build the business with community, governance, environment and diversity as foundations. The company built an internal Leadership Academy, providing $3,000 a year for each employee to spend on training, and they have a full-time training and development leader dedicated to facilitating upskilling opportunities.

TechPoint, the nonprofit, industry-led growth accelerator for Indiana’s tech ecosystem, honored the successes and innovation of Indiana people, places, companies and products during the 22nd annual and second virtual Mira Awards gala with presenting sponsor Salesforce.
