The report, authored by America’s Voice’s Zachary Mueller, connects the trove of Stephen Miller’s emails unearthed and reported on by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) that demonstrate Miller’s affinity for white nationalism to a host of specific policies driven by Miller and advanced by the Trump administration, including:
- Slashing refugee admissions

- Demonizing immigrants
- Xenophobia as an electoral strategy
