About this app

ePlus by AccuAir

CONVENIENCE & CONTROL

The ePlus app for your AccuAir e-LEVEL+ Air Management System provides convenience and control directly from your phone. While the ePlus app works in partnership with the hand-held remote, it also works independently, allowing you the freedom from having a secondary control source on-hand. Adjust ride height from inside or outside the car, thanks to Bluetooth® 5.0 connectivity. Plus, it’s on your phone, so it’s with you wherever you go. In a word, the ePlus app is CONVENIENT.

The ePlus app gives you even greater control over existing air management system functions, as well as app-only features like, Valet Mode, System Diagnostics, and Service Routines, to name a few. System functions aside, ePlus provides three screen modes so you can choose the interface that’s right for you and your driving needs. In addition, ePlus is cross-functional with AccuAir systems that either run with or without height sensors. You want CONTROL? You’ve got it with ePlus.

ePlus App Features:

Real-Time Height Streaming
Provides a live display of the percentage of suspension travel for each individual corner, along with the target height when in a preset position. This not only allows you to see exactly what your car is doing, but also provides a visual indication of RideMonitor at work.

Over-the-Air Updates
The ePlus app has the ability to provide over the air updates to both the e+ Connect and the Touchpad+. This capability allows AccuAir to add new features and updates to improve system performance. For example, the initial update includes patches to resolve memory corruption bugs that prevent users from saving new heights and settings.

Valet Mode Setting
With our new Valet Mode you now have the ability to limit the system functionality to only using position 2 and 3, with RideMonitor and Ride Height on Start forced on. This setting can only be switched on and off from the e+ mobile application.

No Height Sensor Mode
For those customers not running height sensors they can now turn on No Height Sensor Mode to replicate classic SwitchSpeed functionality. This setting will eliminate the height sensor error indicators on the Touchpad and default to the Manual screen on app launch. The ePlus mobile application uses a fixed time pulse for button holds to allow for a consistent pulse length when airing up.

Recalibration “LITE”
The Recalibration “LITE” procedure allows users to put the system back through a calibration process to improve accuracy, when making damper adjustments, or when switching pressure ranges without having to resave heights.

Service Routines
A new feature with the ePlus mobile application are the first two service routines to be integrated into the system, Service Mode and Compressor Force On. Service Mode disables the system entirely to allow for vehicle maintenance with ignition on while not having the air management system active. Compressor Force On will allow the user to manually turn on the compressor outputs, bypassing the pressure sensor to help in troubleshooting compressor wiring challenges.

System Diagnostic
To help with setting up height sensors and troubleshooting, this screen provides a live view of the system voltages (pressure sensor, height sensors, battery) while allowing manual adjustments. In addition, the system will display calibration status, the number of corners in use, as well as the state of the ignition and E-brake inputs.

ECU Backlighting
With the new e+ Connect featuring full RGB lighting you now have the ability to set any custom color and brightness level from your mobile device. Additionally, you can enable or disable lighting to suit your preference.

Waaaaaaack. Worked for a couple weeks, then nothing. Phone reads the computer, but says I need an app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times and can't link with my car. The best part? It quit when I was parked under a truck and thought I'd just open the app and disable ride height on start. Nope. Started my car in reverse and dragged it back before it bumped up to 2. So yeah, waaaaaaaack. Can't access this stuff at all now.

It works but then it doesn't. First start up it usually connects the first time. When you start airing up or down it will almost every single time disconnect. If you give it like 5-10 secs it will reconnect on its own about 70% of the time. Some times you have to force close the app because it won't connect at all. I'm hoping that Arnott will redesign the app from the ground up and make it more stable since acquiring Accuair.

I have horrible time connecting to the app. I have to close it and open it multiple times in order to be able to air up or air down the car. Not the best if you daily you car on air. Might have to look into to spending the 400 bucks for the wired controller so I don't have to mess with the app.
