Ticketing & Welcome Team Manager

The Ticketing & Welcome Team Manager is a key member of Mountview’s front of house team, comprising Duty Managers, Premises Officers, Venue Assistants, Housekeeping, Ushers and the Welcome Team.

Reporting to the Head of Facilities & Operations, the post holder is responsible for managing, supervising and training the Welcome Team; providing a ticketing service for all Mountview shows and events, both in-house and external hires; providing a first class Reception service, promoting and selling Mountview’s studio spaces and meeting rooms for rehearsals, meetings, community events and other commercial uses; and acting as a vital link between Mountview’s audiences, visitors and building users.

SALARY: Circa £30K per annum, depending on experience

Mountview Exams Coordinator

In 2024, Mountview is launching eight new graded qualifications in Musical Theatre. Our exams are different to those currently in the marketplace. We have designed creative opportunities which offer candidates the chance to take agency over their work and encourage original interpretations of musical theatre material. One of our points of innovation is the equal assessment of Acting, Singing and Dancing. Our focus is on imaginative development and culminates at the highest levels in a curated personal integrated programme of musical theatre.

Our exams are for everyone, for all ages. They are driven by a desire to share Mountview expertise wider and they embody Mountview values.

The Mountview Exams Coordinator will be a key member of Mountview’s administrative team. Reporting to the Academic Quality & Compliance Manager, the post holder will be responsible for providing a range of administrative services to ensure the smooth running of Mountview exams, including exam organisation, examiner allocation and customer and examiner support.

SALARY: Circa £30K per annum

Creative Learning Producer (1 Year Fixed Term Contract)

Mountview is at a key point in its growth and development. The focus on driving forward Participation and engagement initiatives, and facilitating new and innovative courses and community activity, has never been stronger. During a time of transition, the post-holder will help to ensure that the projects, relationships, and processes which underpin Mountview’s Participation work are maintained, while continually looking for ways to improve and develop these areas.

The Creative Learning Producer will be integral to Mountview’s Participation team, playing a key role in the planning and delivery of Peckham Sessions, schools’ engagement, and the Stagecoach Level 4 diploma. The post holder will collaborate with the wider team to improve the existing community offer and the development and delivery of new short courses and community-facing programmes, aiming to ensure the highest level of participant and staff experience across all departmental activities.

SALARY: Circa £30K per annum, depending on experience

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a key member of Mountview’s Facilities & Operations team, comprising Operations, Facilities, IT and the Welcome Desk. Reporting to the Head of Facilities & Operations, and working closely with the Facilities Manager, Ticketing & Welcome Desk Manager, Head of Technical & Production and Sales & Events team, the post holder is responsible for overseeing day-to-day building operations, services and resources; supporting the smooth running of shows, events, hires and other activities; and ensuring the health and safety of staff, students, clients, tenants and visitors at all times.

SALARY: Circa £33K per annum, depending on experience.

Senior Voice Tutor (0.6 FTE)

The Senior Voice Tutor is a key member of the Voice team at Mountview, primarily responsible for the delivery of voice lessons across the Acting, Actor Musician and Musical Theatre pathways, as well as assessing student learning and progression in this area, and contributing to the delivery and development of the voice curriculum as a whole.

Reporting to the Heads of Voice, and working closely with the 2nd Senior Voice Tutor and other Senior Tutors across Performance disciplines, the post holder will ensure that students receive the highest possible levels of tuition, guidance and support, and that tuition is responsive to students’ individual development and the needs of the professional creative industries.

SALARY: Circa £31K per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
