Some of our online payments including garden waste and licensing will be unavailable from 2pm Thursday 28 March until midday Tuesday 2 April due to essential maintenance.

We have launched the community food fund in response to the rising cost of living.

This has been made available by the Household Support Fund.

Grants will be awarded to help organisations purchase additional food supplies or to run public food aid facilities for residents of South Gloucestershire.

Grants can be used as full or part funding or as match funding to cover the costs of:

  • food supplies
  • running costs
  • volunteer expenses

Grants of between £100 to £500 a month are available on a first come first served basis until the funding runs out.

We publish all grant awards and project descriptions on the open data webpage.
