The US Superyacht Association (USSA) is proud to announce the creation of a new and cutting-edge event designed to showcase, support and celebrate the women of the superyacht industry with a renewed sense of strength and confidence, christened the Inspire Initiative.

We invite you to join us for an afternoon lunch with presentations from high-profile women who have risen to the pinnacles of their respective industries in often male-centric trades, who will share their experiences and pathways to the top. In addition, there will also be an interactive panel presentation including women from various stages of their careers who will reveal their own challenges and their secrets to success.
