The fundraising numbers for the fourth quarter of 2021 (Q4) in the U.S. Senate race are out and a pair of candidates had the million-dollar touch.
Pennsylvania lieutenant governor John Fetterman posted the largest fundraising total for the quarter that ran from October to December, pulling in $2.7 million. The haul boosted his cash-on-hand total to $5.3 million.
Conor Lamb is second in both categories, raising $1.355 million in Q4 with $3.0 million in hand. Mehmet Oz and Val Arkoosh both topped the 600k mark with $669,000 and $621,000 raised, respectively. Oz supplemented his total with a $5.2 million loan. Arkoosh has $1.2 million at hand. Jeff Bartos pulled in $456,000 and is third in cash-on-hand at $2.5 million. He also added a $1.24 million personal loan.
Kathy Barnette pulled in $416,000, while Malcolm Kenyatta brought in $338,000 but has just $285,000 on hand – less than what he had to start Q4.
Carla Sands struggled to raise funds in Q4, gathering in just $165,000. She did loan her campaign an additional $500,000, bringing that total to $3.6 million.
Because David McCormick formally entered the race in January, he is not required to report numbers until April. A super PAC supporting him has raised more than $5 million from the world of finance, according to the Associated Press. That included $5 million from conservative billionaire donor Ken Griffin of Chicago-based Citadel LLC, a multinational hedge fund and financial services company that handles an estimated 25 percent of all U.S. stock trading.
The ad campaign spending has been through the roof as Oz has already booked $7.6 million through early February and McCormick $4.2 million.

Fetterman is a trust fund baby from York whose parents did most of the investing in the Braddock Miracle. He is a total fraud. His wife is solid though and should be the one running for office.
Arkoosh is nice and may be able to win the general against the right Rep candidate.
Lamb is the only candidate that has a legitimate chance to win in November. He better have good TV ads, cause that’s what this race will boil down to – because if the Dems want to win this seat, Lamb needs to win the primary.
The fraud is Fetterman, with his phony working class Joe schtick. At least he could put some pants on.
He only won Lt Gov because he ran against a seriously damaged incumbent and three other candidates….all from the east.
Latest poll shows Fetterman at 46 and Lamb at 16 and more than doubling his fundraising as well. Lamb and Kenyatta are going to have to decide pretty quickly if they want to try and run for their current seats or see what’s behind door #3.

Carla Sands totals are incorrect. Last quarter she self funded $3 million and raised about $450k. This time she self funded $500k and raised a outer $165k. Her totals are closer to $4.1 million, not $3.5 million.
Lamb dominated a well run Dem State Committee endorsement meeting. He commanded the room with an authority while Fetterman’s casual look with his meandering presentation fell flat. The R’s should do all they can to get Fetterman nominated as they will defeat him. Lamb is not former Lt Gov Stack as he is much more dynamic. A tougher opponent.

I’m waiting for someone to do a little actual reporting and report that $600,000 of Lamb’s cash is untouchable and only available in the General. Lamb is an outright fraudster reporting those numbers.

Had Wolf liked Stack, there wouldn’t even have been a Lt Gov primary
