Brief Submitted
The RLC and fellow trade groups filed a brief in support of plaintiffs challenging Lists 3 and 4 of the Section 301 China tariffs. The brief focuses on United States Trade Representative (USTR)’s procedural errors and the resulting harm caused by those errors and supplements the plaintiffs’ brief by emphasizing the Trade Act requirements and giving a detailed chronology of USTR’s truncated process. The brief was drafted by Joe Palmore of RLC Member Morrison Foerster.
