Senior Associate

Caroline Koepp is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.

She advises domestic and multinational private and listed companies, private equity houses, real estate funds, financial institutions and individual investors on the structuring, financing and implementation of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, with a focus on corporate law, corporate governance, corporate finance and transactional business law in general.

Caroline joined Arendt & Medernach in 2019 and became a member of the Luxembourg Bar the same year. She holds the title of Avocat à la Cour (Liste I).

From July 2022 to December 2022, Caroline was seconded to Arendt & Medernach’s representative office in London.

Caroline holds a Maîtrise in Business Law, a Master’s 2 in Business and Tax Law and a Business Legal Adviser Diploma (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise - DJCE) from the Université de Strasbourg (France), as well as a certificate of specialisation in corporate law from the Université de Montpellier (France). She  participated in an exchange program with Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France) during her Bachelor’s studies in law at the University of Luxembourg.
