Rate this book
"A Fight Worth Finishing," is part-one of a two part series based on true events. In November of 2014, twenty-five year old, Jasmin Pierre experiences a drug overdose on four different prescription medications seven days before her twenty-sixth birthday. She's been suffering from Major Depressive Disorder for going on seven years, but hardly anyone even knows how much she truly suffers. The seventh year has been the hardest and darkest of her life. She’s at a point in life that she has lost everything. After a near death experience, a week in the hospital and almost losing all of her faith, she goes on a road to recovery to get her life back. In doing so, she finds that not only is she stronger than she imagined, but that she has a voice and a purpose in this world after all. This two part series is written to encourage others to never give up, no matter the adversity and to always keep fighting till the finish.
