In a perfect pairing of artistic sensibilities, Chris Thile and The Knights, led by conductor Eric Jacobsen, come together to present an imaginative program blending new works and classical staples. Experience the groundbreaking orchestral ensemble with the MacArthur Fellow and Grammy Award–winning mandolinist, singer, and songwriter for a concert that features J. S. Bach and Dvořák; original works by Thile and Artistic Director Colin Jacobsen; and a new take on a song by Pulitzer Prize–winning composer Caroline Shaw.
