Your Safety Checklist

All of us at Carnegie Hall are excited to welcome you. Below is a quick list to double check that you are ready to enjoy live music with our shared priority of safety for all.

#1: Masks are optional.

  • Though not required (as of October 24, 2022), guests are encouraged to wear a properly fitting mask over their nose and mouth while inside Carnegie Hall.

#2: Arrive early.

  • To reduce pre-concert lobby congestion and expedite security checks, ticket holders will be allowed access to seating areas in Stern/Perelman or Zankel up to 45 minutes before the start of an event, and up to 30 minutes before the start of an event in Weill.
  • Stern/Perelman is accessible via entrances on both 57th Street and Seventh Avenue. For patrons who require an accessible entrance to Stern/Perelman, please use the West Lobby entrance on 57th Street.

#3: If you don’t feel well, please stay home.

Please note: By purchasing a ticket and completing your current transaction, you are agreeing to the Ticketing Policies. By entering Carnegie Hall, you agree that you do not have any new onset symptoms of COVID-19 that cannot be explained by a pre-existing condition or previously diagnosed medical condition. Health and safety protocols, artists, programs, dates, and ticket prices are subject to change. Ticket holders who do not comply with venue policies will not be admitted.
