Who We Are

We are an impartial mortgage and protection advisory service.

Our company has been running since 2012 and during that time we have helped people to realise their property dreams and get the insurance they need.

We take a personal, friendly approach to giving advice and many of our clients are now our friends, returning to discuss their needs as their, family grows, circumstances change, and they start new adventures.

What We Do

We help you find the right mortgage for your circumstances and we then advise on the best insurance to protect you and your family. We are whole-of-market advisers which means we can help anyone from a first-time buyer to a limited company landlord.

We have access to more than 90 providers, each with their own criteria and range of products. This means we are able to find the best lender to suit your needs and if you have a ‘quirky’ situation we may be able to find a lender who will say yes when others say no!

We often have access to exclusive rates and there are some lenders who will only allow you to access their rates through an intermediary (that’s us) so we believe that advice is crucial when buying a property.

First Time Buyers

From the very first contact with us, we will help you understand the house-buying process, establish how much you need to save for a deposit and tell you how much you might be able to borrow. Once you have found your dream home, we will guide you through the process.

Homemovers

Whether you are looking to upgrade, downsize or move to a new area, we can help you find out what you can borrow and look at the costs of moving. We will help you get the mortgage you need at the best available rate. We will submit the application to the lender and liaise with them.

Re-Mortgage

Is your initial two-year, three-year, five-year, or ten-year interest rate coming to an end or have you already transferred onto your current lenders standard variable rate? Perhaps you have been offered a product transfer from your lender and you want to see if there are any better options.

Buy To Let

Investment properties have different lender requirements. Your income will be assessed differently so we will help you understand the income cover ratio needed to satisfy the lender and find you the best rates for your loan and personal circumstances.

Hannah Bashford BA (Hons) Cert SMP

Hannah has been working in financial services since 2004, she started her career with Friends Provident in their pensions admin department and then moved to a mortgage and protection administration role within a large London estate agent.

Emily Stonehill Cert CII & CeMap

Emily has been working in financial services since 2016, where she started her journey within St. James’s Place servicing investments and pensions for high-net-worth clients. Emily gained her mortgage qualifications and moved into advising on mortgages and protection and now works alongside Hannah for Model Financial Solutions.
