GC2020 Advance Daily Christian Advocate

The new, valid petitions, reports, and updated Delegate Handbook information for the General Conference has been published in a printed 2024 Supplement to the ADCA available in English, French, Portuguese, and Kiswahili. The supplement will be Volume 3 of the ADCA (Volume 1 was the original Delegate Handbook and Volume 2 contains the original petitions and reports). This supplement will be provided to delegates on-site in Charlotte, NC at the beginning of General Conference. Due to complications in the printing and shipping industries, it will not be mailed to delegates in advance.

NOTES regarding Volume 3, Supplement for 2024

  • On the Delegate Lists contained in this Supplemental Volume, reference is made to the former Estonia Annual Conference which is currently being converted to the Baltic Annual Conference.  The delegates and reserve delegates listed are from the remaining Latvia and Lithuania Districts of the renamed Baltic Annual Conference following the departure of the Estonia District from The United Methodist Church.
  • The numbers in parentheses beside each delegation name may be disregarded as they do not reflect the allotted seats or the most up-to-date credentialed delegate list.  Any primary General Conference delegate who was unable to attend is not listed in this directory but will be listed at the corresponding Jurisdictional or Central Conference.
  • The Postponed General Conference Schedule which begins on page 1073 is subject to change. Since the time the proposed Agenda and Program was submitted for translation and publication, there have been changes to the agenda and program. The most current form will be published in the first daily edition of the Daily Christian Advocate (DCA) or as available prior to the opening day of General Conference.
