Current City of New Orleans Guidelines:
Effective March 3, 2022, the City of New Orleans has lifted its indoor mask mandate.
Effective February 1, attendees ages 5 and up must have proof of EITHER:
Verification ProcessIn order to comply with New Orleans guidelines, all attendees must be verified to enter the show. To help facilitate this process, Commodity Classic is partnering with SafeAccess (https://www.safeaccess360.com), to ensure proper compliance.
Please take 2-3 minutes to complete the verification process to expedite your event entry and avoid waiting in long lines.
To complete the verification process:
Your documents will be stored in SafeAccess’ HIPPA-compliant database and is only accessible by SafeAccess Trusted Reviewers. Commodity Classic staff and partners do not have access any attendee’s private health information and is only reviewed by SafeAccess Trusted Reviewers. Once reviewed - typically within 2 business days - you will receive an email indicating approval or requesting additional information. Onsite Safety Measures
How do the City of New Orleans guidelines apply to Commodity Classic attendees?
On-Site Rapid Testing at Commodity Classic (near Commodity Classic Registration)Commodity Classic will offer onsite COVID-19 testing at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Testing will be available to attendees as a convenience. Commodity Classic’s partner is offering tests for $50.00 each and can be reserved and paid for using their website. The results will be available in approximately 30 minutes and will enable you enter New Orleans establishments including Commodity Classic events.
We recommend you test 24 hours prior to your current negative test expiring.
Testing Hours: · Tuesday, March 8: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm · Wednesday, March 9: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm · Thursday, March 10: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm · Friday, March 11: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Exhibitor SetupExhibitors setting up in the trade show prior to Thursday, March 10, do not need to show proof of vaccination or negative test since the hall is not open to attendees and there is no F&B in the hall. However, you will still need this information to gain access to New Orleans restaurants, bars, etc.
International AttendeesInternational attendees should always check current travel restrictions to the U.S. on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website before planning your travel to make sure you will be able to enter the U.S.
Commodity Classic's testing partner will offer PRC tests for international attendees who require it for travel. Please reserve a test via the SafeAcees portal or on-site.
