We started working with Zenernet to have solar with battery, minor electrical upgrades and car charger installed in December of 2021. We signed the contract and plans in January of 2022. We paid ****** in April of 2022. They started installation in May of 2022 and finished installing the panels and the battery but did not complete the work to the electrical panel and the charger installation nor did they get the project permitted as promised. We have been emailing and trying to call them but no longer are getting any response aside from an automatically generated customer service email. We would like to get our money back or have them complete the work they promised.Initial Complaint

I signed a contract with Zenernet LLC to install and activate solar panels on my home. The solar panels were installed on March ************************************* May 2022 that failed due to incorrect drawing submitted to the permitting office. We took out a loan for $52,500 and started making monthly payments in May 2022.The contract includes installation of panel, working with the city to get the permit approve and working with our utility company to get the solar panels turned on. Zenernet only had the solar panel installed and have have failed to complete their remaining obligations. We have emailed them many times since May 2022 with no meaningful updates. When we do get someone to response, it's to tell us that they are assigned us to a new project manager. No meaningful updates have been provide, we last heard from them in September 2022. We have not been able to get a hold of anyone on the phone that can help, we have been told to email customer service, which we have many times with no result. We are asking Zenernet to complete the job or refund our money.Initial Complaint

I contacted Zenernet Solar in August of 2022 and got an estimate on a Solar System. After some back and forward communication with a sales representative I accepted the proposal and signed the agreement. I filled the credit application for preferred financial institution and took a hit on my credit score. We are at the end of December and the last communication that I received from them was back in October 12, 2022 from their Approvals Project Manager. And on the email this was this was stated: Hi ************************* with Zenernet here, I'll be taking over as your Approvals Project Manager and main point of contact for this stage. My standard communication process is to reach out to you every **** days. Of course, should omething happen within your project I'll reach out sooner. I'm in the office Mon - Fri from 830a-530p I've submitted your permit package to San Bernardino County via their online portal. Please note this jurisdiction requires multiple departement clearances including LandUse and ********** I'll be following up with the county in the coming days to ensure everything is successfully submitted and progressing through their system.This stage can take a few days to a few weeks to complete as it is determined by your jurisdiction's turnaround time on plan check review. I'll keep an eye on things in the next week or so and provide further updates as things continue to progress.I have tried to contact them via email more than 5 times and many other times via email I have not have any updates or response from this very informal company, as I need to find out how to cancel the contract with them and look for a different *************Initial Complaint

We started the process of purchasing solar panels and setting up a solar service in March 2022. It was stated at the beginning of the project that the whole project would be completed in 4-5 months. As of August 2022, we had the actual solar panels installed, however they were installed incorrectly. It took several calls and e-mails to employees at Zenernet to finally schedule the installation team to come back and fix their mistakes. Since September 2022, we have been trying to reach out to Zenernet to get our solar service up and running. In the meantime, we have started making payments towards the actual solar panels, as the loan is through a third party, but we still do not have an active solar service. To my understanding, we are waiting for Zenernet to reach out to our power company to finish the final steps of the installation of new meters before we can go live with the service. This has been a nightmare of an experience. The Zenernet employee working with us is constantly changing and no one will get back to us. We have tried multiple times to reach out to the customer service line provided on the website. The times we are able to get through, we do not hear back. Other times, it comes back with an automated message stating that they are unavailable and then hangs up. We would be happy with one of two following solutions: have the solar panels completely removed from our home and the loan cancelled OR get the service completely set up so that we can actually use the panels on our house.Initial Complaint

On 10/2021 Zenernet contracted to install a solar system on our property. They have collected $33000 and has not finished the install, and can't be contacted. Have not heard from them since 10/27/2022. I would like to know if you have any suggestions on what to do?*****************Initial Complaint

I purchased my solar system with them. I was in the process of getting my permit to operate completed with PG&E but have not heard from my assigned representative since October 17. I reached out to PG&E they state they do not have an application completed by zenernet. No one answers any emails, when you call their listed number you get a this number is out of service reply
