Q:
"Are wings removable to transport on a trailer ? "
- Asked by #11421271 03/31/2022 10:42 PM
A:
The wings can be removed by someone who has experience disconnecting the flight controls, fuel lines, and pulling the wing attach bolts. They are not designed to be readily removable, but it is not a difficult task.

Q:
"What will be provided for title and verification of no lien, bill of sale , etc?"
- Asked by #43175113 04/06/2022 04:48 PM
A:
We will provide an FAA AC 8050-2 Bill of Sale, Lien Release, and Court Order that transferred ownership to the Airport Authority. There should be no problem satisfying the FAA's need for a clean and complete chain of ownership.

There's not much to see without removing the cowling. I'll see if we can get a photo that might be useful for you.

Q:
"Aircraft grounded due to corrosion? Is this why it has not flown for 15 years? Why did it set for that long then?"
- Asked by #43090253 04/07/2022 09:13 AM
A:
I have not inspected the aircraft structure, but I have no reason to suspect it might have a significant corrosion issue. It has always been hangared. My understanding is the owner passed away and there was no clear heir. It took several years going through the courts to obtain ownership due to nonpayment of the storage fees.

Q:
"will the contents of the hangar be included?"
- Asked by #43230563 04/08/2022 12:00 PM
A:
No. Only items related to the aircraft. Restaurant items have also been stored in the hangar. They will be removed.
-Answered on 04/08/2022 01:31 PM
Q:
"Will the hangar will available for rent for 6 months or more if needed? "
- Asked by #43231710 04/08/2022 01:05 PM
A:
Yes
