OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned second-team All-GLVC and Academic All-GLVC accolades after finishing 16th in the 10,000 meters at the NCAA II Outdoor Championships and second in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...posted personal best times in both the 5,000 and 10,000 meters, finishing her career ranked No. 6 all-time at USI in the 10,000 meters and No. 8 in the 5,000 meters.
2019-20
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-Midwest Region honors after finishing sixth at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...also recieved All-GLVC honors with a sixth-place finish at the GLVC Championships...was USI's No. 2 finisher in five of her six meets in 2019.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after competing in six meets for USI in the mile, 3,000 and 5,000 meters...earned All-America honors...finished fifth at the GLVC Championships in both the 3,000 meters (10:10.70) and the 5,000 meters (17:29.93)...recorded three NCAA II provisional qualifying marks all in the 5,000 meters...also finished fifth at the GVSU Big Meet Invitational in the 5,000 meters as well...this 5,000 meters mark now stands as the seventh fastest in USI history.
2018-19
CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete, but earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned second-team All-America honors and second-team All-GLVC accolades after finishing 11th in the 10,000 meters at the NCAA II Outdoor Championships and second in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...competed in six meets, earning Academic All-GLVC honors...appeared in six meets, earning a first-place finish in the 1,500 meters at the Billiken Invitational as well as a first-place showing in the 10,000 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational...posted an NCAA II provisional qualifying time of 35:29.55 in the 10,000 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
2017-18
CROSS COUNTRY: Collected All-Midwest Region, All-GLVC and Academic All-GLVC accolades after finishing fourth at the GLVC Championships and sixth at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...was an individual qualifier for the NCAA II National Championships, where she finished 59th...ran six races for the Eagles and was USI's top finisher in four meets.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Won GLVC Championships in the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters, earning first-team All-GLVC honors and posting NCAA II provisional qualifying times in both events...also competed in the mile and the distance medley relay during the indoor season...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete.
2016-17
CROSS COUNTRY: Scored in all seven of the season’s meets for USI…finished 182nd at the NCAA II National Championships and 29th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships…finish at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships in 21:55.80 to move into 14th in the USI record book…earned All-GLVC honors with a seventh-place finish at the GLVC Championship.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned the GLVC title in the 5,000-meters at the GLVC Indoor Championships…earned an NCAA II provisional time in the 5k with a seventh-place finish at the GVSU Big Meet…her time of 17:17.47 at the GVSU Big Meet moved Jones into seventh for the 5,000-meters in USI history…also competed three times in the 3,000-meters and once each in the 800-meters and mile.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned NCAA II Provision marks in the 5,000-meters and 10,000-meters…moved into ninth all-time at USI with a finish of 36:13.84 in the 10,000-meters at the Hillsdale “Gina” Relays…also earned a provisional with a victory at the WashU invite, finishing the 5,000-meters in 17:19.11…finished fourth in the 5,000-meters at the GLVC Championships…appeared once in the 1,500-meters.
2015-16
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after finishing 18th at the GLVC Championships...was 64th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and 156th at the NCAA II National Championships...ran in USI's top seven in all of the Eagles' seven meets.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Participated in the mile, the 3,000 meters, and the 5,000 meters during the indoor campaign...finished fifth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Indoor Championships.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran the 1,500 meters, the 3,000 meters, the 5,000 meters, and the 10,000 meters during the outdoor season...finished fourth in the 10,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...also made an appearance in the 4x800-meter relay...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Warren Central High School in Indianapolis where she earned varsity letters in cross country and track & field...was a two-time All-State honoree on the cross country course...finished 34th at the IHSAA Cross Country Championships as a senior in 2014 and was 46th at the state meet as a junior in 2013...qualified for the IHSAA Track & Field Championships in the 1,600 meters in 2015, finishing 17th...helped WCHS to a second-place finish at the IHSAA Track & Field Championships in 2015.
