CROSS COUNTRY: Participated in the Bradley Pink Classic.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished third in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Championship…recorded a personal-best time of 17:29.48 in the 5,000 meters at the GVSU Big Meet while earning a second-place finish...named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Recorded a top-10 finish in the 1,500 meters at the Jim Vargo Invitational…ran a personal best 10,000 meters time of 36:26.66 at the Bryan Clay Invitational...named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2021-22
CROSS COUNTRY: Awarded All-Region after finishing 23rd in the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships…earned All-GLVC honors after a season-best 11th place finish in the GLVC Championships…competed in five meets with two top-20 finishes…participated in the NCAA II National Championship, finishing 80th as USI’s No. 2 finisher...named Academic All-GLVC and was given the Council of President's Academic Excellence Award.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Participated in the mile, 3,000 meters, and 5,000 meters in four meets, placing 12th in the 3,000 meters in the GLVC Indoor Championships.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Named Academic All-GLVC...competed in two meets in the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters...given the Council of President's Academic Excellence Award.
2020-21
CROSS COUNTRY: Named Academic All-GLVC, but did not compete.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters during the indoor season...also toed the starting line in the mile, but did not record a finish.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after finishing seventh in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...also competed in the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season.
2019-20
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after competing in three meets and finishing 37th at the GLVC Championships.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after competing in four meets for USI in the mile, 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters...finished fifth at the Greyhound Invitational in the mile (5:22.05).
