CROSS COUNTRY: Captured first-team All-OVC honors after finishing fourth in the OVC Championship…nabbed OVC Female Runner of the Week twice…completed the North Alabama Showcase with a career-best time of 17:49.20…ran in five total meets while earning a career-low 6k time of 21:23.50 at the Bradley Pink Classic…capped off 2022 with Academic All-District laurels...named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran a USI record-breaking 3,000 meters time of 9:32.07 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational…won OVC Track Athlete of the Week… finished second in the distance medley relay, 3,000 meters, and mile at the OVC Championship...won the mile at both the Bellarmine Open and the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic…named to the Academic All-District team...named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Took first place in the 1,500 meters at the Jim Vargo Invitational...won OVC Track Athlete of the Week…captured second in the 3,000 meters at the OVC Championship…participated in the USI record-breaking 4x600-meter relay team at the Drake Relays…named to the Academic All-District team...named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2021-22
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC honors after her 15th place finish in the GLVC Championships…competed in five meets including the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships where she finished 34th…placed 123rd in the NCAA II National Championships as USI’s No. 3 finisher...named Academic All-GLVC and was given the Council of President's Academic Excellence Award.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Won the mile in the EIU Friday Night Special…competed in five meets in the 800 meters, mile, 3,000 meters, and distance medley relay…led the Eagles to a fourth-place finish in the distance medley relay in the GLVC Indoor Championships for an NCAA II provisional qualifying time…placed fifth in the 3,000 meters and sixth in the mile in the GLVC Indoor Championships for another NCAA II provisional qualifying mark.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran the fastest 1,500 meters and 3,000-meter steeplechase for the Eagles…won the 3,000-meter steeplechase in the WashU Distance Carnival…competed in six meets, placing fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 11th in the 1,500 meters in the GLVC Championships...earned Academic All-GLVC honors...given the Council of President's Academic Excellence Award.
2020-21
CROSS COUNTRY: Collected All-GLVC and Academic All-GLVC honors following a 15th-place finish at the GLVC Championships...also posted a ninth-place finish at the GLVC East Divisional...was USI's No. 3 finisher in both meets.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned first-team All-America honors in the distance medley relay and second-team All-America honors in the 3,000 meters...helped USI's DMR to a sixth-place finish and school-record time of 11:41.37 at the NCAA II Indoor Championships, while earning a 12th-place finish in the 3,000 meters at the national meet...posted NCAA II provisional qualifying times in the mile and 3,000 meters during the indoor season...moved into second on USI's all-time indoor 3,000-meter list and fourth on its all-time mile list...recorded a first-place finish in the mile at the SIU Carbondale Don DeNoon Dual...helped USI's DMR to a first-place finish at the UIndy Last Chance meet...toed the starting line in the 5,000 meters at the Ichabod Invite, but did not register a finish.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors...finished third in both the 1,500 meters and 3,000-meter steeplechase at the GLVC Championships...finished first in the 5,000 meters at the Bearcat Classic...recorded an NCAA II provisional qualifying time as well as a USI freshman record with her second-place finish in the steeplechase at the St. Francis Fighting Chance Invite...also set a USI freshman record in the 1,500 meters at the Margaret Simmons Invite.
2019-20
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC honors at the conference meet...finished 15th at the GLVC Championships and was 73rd at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...also finished 169th at the NCAA II National Championships...also received Academic All-GLVC honors...finished in the USI's top seven in four out of the six meets she competed in.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in five meets for USI in the mile, 3,000 meters, 5,000 meters, and distance medley relay...finished sixth at the GLVC Championships in the 3,000 meters (10:14.85)...also was a member of the distance medley relay team that took fifth at the GLVC Championships (12:50.76).
