CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC honors after placing a season-best 12th in the GLVC Championships…finished 34th in the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships…crossed the finish line at 126th in the NCAA II National Championships.

2020-21
CROSS COUNTRY: Collected Academic All-GLVC laurels...finished 18th at the GLVC Championships after posting a ninth-place finish at the GLVC East Divisional and a 34th-place showing at the GLVC Triangular...was USI's No. 3 finisher at the GLVC East Divisional and the Eagles' No. 5 finisher a the GLVC Championships.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished third in the mile at the Samford Open...also toed the starting line at the Ichabod Invite, but did not register a finish...earned Academic All-GLVC accolades.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete.

TRANSFER
Transferred to USI from NCAA Division III power North Central College, where he was the top-ranked Division III freshman in the country in the indoor 3,000 and 5,000 meters...competed in four meets during the cross country season, posting a 28th-place finish at the Wheaton College Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Richland County High School in Olney, Illinois, where he finished fourth in the 3,200 meters at the IHSA Class 2A Outdoor Championships as a senior in 2019.
