CROSS COUNTRY:
Won the OVC Championship…earned OVC Male Cross Country Runner of the Week two times…set the USI record in the 8k with a time of 23:36.60 in a ninth-place finish at the Live in Lou Classic…finished third at the Covered Bridge Open…finished the season being named to the Academic All-District team...named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Won the 3,000 meters at the OVC Championship…earned second place in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Championship…finished third in the 3,000 meters at the PNC Bellarmine Classic…obtained an eighth-place finish in the mile at the Bellarmine Open…capped off the season being named to the Academic All-District team...named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Won both the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters at the OVC Championship…named OVC Men’s Track Athlete of the Week following a first-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the WashU Distance Carnival…set a personal-record time of 14:02.73 in the 5,000 meters at the Drake Relays…ran to a personal-best 10,000 meters time of 29:12.35 at the Bryan Clay Tournament…completed the season being named to the Academic All-District team...named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.


2021-22
CROSS COUNTRY
: Received All-America honors after a 17th place performance in the NCAA II National Championships…earned All-Region honors after finishing fourth in the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships…awarded All-GLVC honors with his second-place finish in the GLVC Championships…named GLVC Men’s Cross-Country Scholar Athlete of the Year…two-time GLVC Runner of the Week…was USI’s No. 1 runner in all five meets with four top-10 finishes...named Academic All-GLVC...given the Council of President's Academic Excellence Award.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the mile, 3,000 meters, and 5,000 meters in six meets, tallying five top-5 finishes…held the NCAA II provisional qualifying mark in 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters…finished fourth in the 5,000 meters in the GLVC Indoor Championships.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters in four meets, placing third in the 10,000 meters and 10th in the 5,000 meters in the GLVC Outdoor Championships...named Academic All-GLVC...given the Council of President's Academic Excellence Award.

2020-21
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC and Academic All-GLVC honors with his ninth-place finish at the GLVC Championships...was USI's No. 2 finisher at the GLVC Championships...was USI's No. 5 finisher at the season-opening GLVC Triangular and was the Eagles' No. 4 finisher at the GLVC East Divisional.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran the 3,000 and 5,000 meters during the indoor season.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Collected second-team All-GLVC honors with his second-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...was third in the 10,000 meters at the league meet...posted a pair of NCAA II provisional qualifying times in the 10,000 meters during the outdoor season...also competed in the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season...garnered Academic All-GLVC laurels.

TRANSFER
Transferred to USI from Indiana State, where he competed in 11 meets throughout his first two seasons of collegiate cross country...was the Sycamores' top finisher at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Championship, finishing 23rd overall...on the track, he was an MVC Scholar-Athlete during the 2020 indoor season after competing in the mile and the 3,000 meters...scored for the Sycamores at the 2019 MVC Outdoor Championships, finishing sixth in the 10,000 meters.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Heritage Hills High School in Lincoln City, Indiana, where he earned letters in baseball, cross country and track & field...earned All-State honors after finishing 24th at the 2017 IHSAA Cross Country Championships.
