2022: Posted his best season as an Eagles during his senior season...appeared in 13 games, making a career-high six starts...tied a career-high with three wins, posting a 3-2 mark overall...struck out a career-high 31 batters and posted a career-best 4.84 ERA...struck out a season-best six batters versus the University of West Florida...awarded Academic All-GLVC honors...given the Council of President's Academic Excellence Award.

2021: Named Academic All-GLVC...recognized with the GLVC's James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award...made five appearances out of the bullpen...struck out two batters in 2.1 innings of work.

2020: Recognized with the GLVC's James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award and named Academic All-GLVC...made four appearances on the mound, starting the final game of the University of Illinois Springfield series that handed him his 0-1 record...led the Eagles with 16 strikeouts over 14 innings pitched...went 6.1 innings in relief in the series-opener against #9 Ashland University, where he collected eight strikeouts, allowing just one run on three hits.

2019: Named Academic All-GLVC...appeared in seven games on the mound, making a trio of starts...posted a 3-2 record with a 6.48 ERA in 25 innings of work...posted his first collegiate win on the road versus McKendree University, throwing a nine-inning complete game, striking out a season-high five batters.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Lettered in baseball and basketball at Silver Creek High School (Sellersburg, Indiana)...spent all four years as an All-Conference mainstay at SCHS...was named honorable mention All-State, All-Area, and a North/South All-Star in 2018.

PERSONAL:  Son of Eddie and Donna Barnett...brother of former USI hurler Lucas Barnett.
