Jamie Hansard is Vice President of Enrollment Management at Texas Tech University where she leads a dynamic and cross-functional team that includes undergraduate admissions, financial aid, scholarships, information technology, marketing, and the registrar. 

With 23 years of experience in enrollment management, including the last 13 at Texas Tech, Hansard has played a critical role in driving 10 consecutive years of enrollment growth for the university. 

In her role, she is responsible for creating the vision and setting strategic enrollment goals for a diverse and growing research-focused institution. 

Hansard joined the Red Raider family in 2007 as an Assistant Director in University Advising before transitioning to enrollment management in 2008 as Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions. In 2016, she was named the Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions overseeing the marketing, recruitment, and admission of prospective undergraduate students. She was named Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management in 2019. 

In addition to her duties at Texas Tech, she is active in her profession through participation and leadership roles in various professional organizations at the state and national levels. 

Hansard received her bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in counseling from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in family and consumer science from Texas Tech.
