INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Recorded three top-10 finishes in the 3,000 meters, 4x400 meter relay, and distance medley relay at the OVC Championship…recorded a personal-best mile time of 4:55.42 in a fifth-place finish at the PNC Bellarmine Classic…ran to a personal-best 3,000 meters time of 9:45.62 in a 112th-place effort at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational…earned top-five finishes in the 800 meters and mile at the Bellarmine Open…finished 2023 with Academic All-District accolades...named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Won both the 5,000 meters and 3,000 meters at the OVC Championship…participated with both USI record-breaking teams in the 4x1,600-meter relay and the 4x800-meter relay at the Drake Relays…recorded two second-place finishes in the 800 meters and the 4x400-meter relay at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic…finished the 2023 campaign with Academic All-District honors...named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-Region with a 21st place finish in the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships…received All-GLVC honors after finishing 12th in the GLVC Championships…competed in four meets with two top-15 finishes…participated in the NCAA II National Championships and finished 159th...collected Academic All-GLVC honors...given the Council of President's Academic Excellence Award.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the mile, distance medley relay, and 4x400-meter relay in three meets, finishing fourth in the distance medley relay, fifth in the 4x400-meter relay, and eighth in the mile in the GLVC Indoor Championships.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Participated in seven meets in the 800 meters, 1,500 meters, 3,000-meter steeplechase, and 4x400-meter relay…led the Eagles to eighth place in the 4x400-meter relay in the GLVC Outdoor Championships…placed fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and seventh in the 1,500 meters in the GLVC Outdoor Championships...named Academic All-GLVC...given the Council of President's Academic Excellence Award.

Comes to USI from the University of Tennessee-Martin, where she competed in both cross country as well as track & field during her collegiate career...was 16th at the 2017 Ohio Valley Conference Cross Country Championships after finishing 24th as a freshman in 2016...was a scorer for the Skyhawks in six of the eight events she competed in at the OVC Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Championships from 2017-18...was on the OVC's Commissioner's Honor Roll in 2016-17 and 2017-18...was UT-Martins Team MVP in 2018.
