Biography

2023: Started all 17 matches as a senior...finished his career by appearing in 67 matches, making 39 starts. 

2022: Played in 16 out of the 17 matches while making 14 starts...was one of six outfield players with over one thousand minutes played, tallying 1140 minutes...played all 90 minutes in eight matches...started in all three of the Eagles' draws on the year including the shutout against cross-town rival University of Evansville..also started in the win over Eastern Illinois University.

2020-21: Named Academic All-GLVC...played in all 14 matches during the spring, starting three on USI's defense.

2019: Named Academic All-GLVC...played in 17 of 19 matches as a freshman, recording four starts...made his Screaming Eagles' debut in the season-opener at Northern Michigan University. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned five varsity letters with Reitz Memorial High School (Evansville, Indiana) between soccer and track and field...was a two-time All-State selection, once first-team, once third-team;  two-time state champion (2016, 2017); and a three-time All-City selection at Memorial.

PERSONAL: Son of Jerry and Chris Sides.
