As our state is slowly coming out of quarantine, many of us are looking for something safe and fun to do! The top of my mind went “drive-in movie”! Socially distant, 6 feet apart, what else could be better? Unfortunately though, it was just announced that the theatre would not be open for the summer season. While other businesses are opening where 6 feet apart can not be maintained, the drive-in has the perfect template. Cars could park every other spot, the concession stand could be closed, and participants could stay in their car or be in their trunks with masks. There are so many options to keep this essential piece of our community open, and provide our neighbors with a safe form of entertainment.
