The Dean and Barbara White Family Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that exists to carry on the philanthropic legacy and values of Dean, Barbara, and the White family. The Foundation works with partners and communities to support catalytic projects and initiatives that cultivate a strong quality of life in northwest Indiana and across the state.

We stimulate and support new economic centers of excellence to attract additional private development that builds on the community fabric.

We advance our purpose and long-term goals by investing in projects that demonstrate a sustained positive impact on the community without ongoing support.

MATCHING GIFTS

We maximize long-term investments to create a multiplying force for good among community foundations, educational institutions, civic entities, local government and non-profit organizations.

The foundation does not provide support in the form of sponsorships, sports teams, political organizations/causes or individuals. Investments of less than $25,000 are also not considered.
