JAY MACKLIN:
Jay is the Co-founder and designated Broker of Corcoran Platinum Living based in Scottsdale. A luxury residential real estate brokerage with offices in DC Ranch & Ashler Hills, two prestigious communities of North Scottsdale. The 3rd office is located at the Scottsdale Waterfront in the retail shopping district of Old Town Scottsdale. Jay has spent more than 25 years in Marketing and Business Development. Jay grew up in the Automotive capital of the world, Detroit, Michigan and moved to the Valley from Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1996. Prior to Real Estate, he spent 18 years in corporate transportation sales, acquiring numerous awards and achieving the highest recognition in industry sales and sales management. With a passion for agent growth and development, Jay focuses most of his days helping agents build, maintain and grow a sustainable real estate business by way of multiple pillar creation and business planning. Jay truly wants to see his agents grow and prosper along with the company.
After scoring in the top 1% in his Broker school class, Jay, along with his wife Michelle, decided to start Desert Platinum Properties in 2010. With only 10 agents, on January 7th, 2013, Jay & Michelle converted Desert Platinum Properties to a franchised real estate company. Fast forward a few years, as of December 2020, the newly named Corcoran Platinum Living Realty has grown to 3 offices, 122 agents and is fast becoming the Market Share leader in each of their respective locations. Jay is also one of only 2 Phoenix area certified coaches for the Craig Proctor coaching program and runs the Broker/Owner Program for Craig Proctor Coaching Systems.

BRET CEREN:
An Arizona resident since 2010, Bret understands the issues facing us today. A multiple award-winning real estate agent based on the results his trademarked systems and processes deliver to his clients, Bret also understands what it takes to succeed in the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale markets. He holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University and graduated with multiple honors. Bret is also a Platinum Certified Craig Proctor Coach, training real estate agents throughout North America, helping them grow their businesses 50% to 100% year over year. His work has been featured on multiple local media outlets and he is also an American Dream TV Power Player for the Valley of the Sun. Bret leads the North Valley Agents at Corcoran Platinum Living and is excited to help his fellow agents there alongside our broker-owner, Jay Macklin.
