Asian Best owner will not face charges after shooting would-be robber

York County, PA — Police say the owner of the Asian Best Restaurant will not face charges in connection with the shooting death of 34-year-old Rickey Cox on Tuesday, January 4 around 7pm.

Authorities say a thorough investigation showed that the incident was justifiable homicide.

Officers say that Cox attempted to rob the store clerk. During the robbery, the victim was shot and killed.
