Explore the mountains and back roads of West Virginia with this exclusive driving tour. This ultimate driving experience begins with a scrumptious breakfast at the private Greenbrier Sporting Club and concludes with a scenic drive to Snowshoe Mountain, where participants will explore Snowshoe Mountain Resort. The picturesque drive will be filled with incredible views and historic locations. Please note that the drive does include steep grades and inclines that may not be appropriate for all vehicles. On a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being the easiest, this drive would be rated a 4. Please be sure your car is capable of making the drive.

Participants can arrive as early as 7:30 a.m., and take in the scenery of Kate's Mountain, while meeting some of the other drivers and learning about their cars at Kate's Mountain Lodge.
Kate's Mountain, just across the street from The Greenbrier main gate, was named for Catherine "Kate" Carpenter, who in September 1756, took refuge with her child on the mountain's peak during an Indian attack in which her husband Nicholas Carpenter was killed near Fort Dinwiddie (also known as Byrd's Fort and Warwick's Fort). |

Enjoy an incredible breakfast at the exclusive Greenbrier Sporting Club Lodge to get your day started right before hitting the roads for a memorable drive. The breakfast will allow drivers the opportunity to mingle with fellow car enthusiasts, as well as explore new aspects of America's Resort.

At 10:15 a.m., a spirited drive will take a participants through the back roads of West Virginia, eventually concluding at Snowshoe Mountain, where drivers can explore the beauty and activities of the mountain resort. The drive will feature incredible views, elevation changes and historic locations as participants explore some of the most exciting driving roads the region has to offer.
After the ride through the mountains, drivers will return to The Greenbrier, with various routes available. |
